PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash
Bug description: crash when include_once("") contains empty string
The bug seems simple to reproduce:
if I write:
include_once("");
near the top of a file, i get the following errors:

[Thu Jan 25 11:40:19 2001] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
