Bug description: HAVE_INT_8_16_32 not being defined anywhere

When performing a make on an AIX system, I get the following error:

Making all in libmysql
        cc  -I.
-I/afs/  -DXML_BYTE_ORDER=21 -g  -c
libmysql.c && touch libmysql.lo
"./global.h", line 525.17: 1506-334 (S) Identifier int8 has already been defined on
line 622 of "/usr/include/sys/inttypes.h".
"libmysql.c", line 179.59: 1506-280 (W) Function argument assignment between types
"unsigned long*" and "int*" is not allowed.
make: 1254-004 The error code from the last command is 1.

Apparently, someone is suppose to set HAVE_INT_8_16_32 and it not being set....
