Apparently, there is no postgres extension in the php that
runs your script. Recompile/reinstall or ask your sysadmin
to do this. Check the output of phpinfo() to make sure there
is support for pgsql.

I have successfully installed both PHP-3.0.12.6 and PostgreSQL-6.5.2-1. Both have been 
tested and work.

my application work fine since last year when i put it online, it is a online 
registration program...

However, when trying to register yesterday, I get:

Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function pg_connect() in 
/home/httpd/html/register.php on line 2

pls help
