Old-Status: Feedback
Status: Open
Bug Type: Compile Failure
Description: There is no file: sqlcli1.h.

I got this message when I first installed DB2. The problem was I didn't install
enough things from the DB2 setup. Go back and make sure you install the DB2
development tools, and then all will work properly. I guarantee :)

Sorry for your time.
I hadn't all necessary db2 libraries.
Now compilation is OK,
but I cannot finish compilation of Apache.
I will make new position in bug list.
----------------

Please don't open any new bug reports.
Does the compile stop with some error?

I cannot find way to reply to your response.

My bug is 9605.
I didn't give path, because it was default path.
---------------

The link to the correct web page can be found
in the end of this email.

And try adding that 'default' path into the --with-ibm-db2
configuration option as I suggested.
And please check where exactly the file 'sqlcli1.h'
is in your system.

Where is your DB2 installed? Have you tried adding the install
base directory ? ie. --with-ibm-db2=/db2/install/base ??

Configuration:
-with-apache=../apache_1.3.12 --enable-sigchild --enable-track-vars --with-xml
--disable-debug --with-oci8 --with-ibm-db2

Problem encountered first time after adding "--with-ibm-db2".

Error message:
