Submitted twice for two different reasons!

Reason 1. performance problem

Reason 2. Incorrect documentation.

Actually I had reported that cc: didn't work about a year ago and someone 
else also dismissed it as being fixed or some such erroneous thing and 
filed it as fixed!

This ought to be reported ten times. Maybe it would get some attention.
