If you need a CVS directory to work in, you can use cvs.php.net.  Just
mark your extension as EXPERIMENTAL (by putting a file with that name in
your ext/xalan directory).  To get a CVS account see
http://www.php.net/cvs-php.php

I think a Xalan extension would be a cool thing to have.
