Anyway, this isn't fixed yet..AFAIK. I don't do Windows, so I can't be sure about it. But I guess that the HAVE_LIBGD13 is never defined when you compile PDF extension in Windows..it should be in pdf.dsp, right? There is also another problem. If an extension is compiled as shared, you can't be sure it's loaded..thus you can't use the functionality in another extension.
