Bug description: dba_open (mode "c") problem

$db = dba_open("/tmp/test.db", "c", "db3");
dba_insert ("key", "val", $db);
dba_close($db);
?>
If the db-file does not exist, the db will be created and the scripts runs without
problems.
If teh db-file already exists I get:
"driver initialization failed..."
