I install PHP 4.05 with php405-installer.exe. When I try run the file php.exe, the program has run with exception "Cannot find the library MSVCIRT.DLL". Pleas where I find or install this library? I finding in the directory windows\system or windows\system32, but the library there isn't. Plees help me :-).
