Purpose: I have written the module - HTML Template engine. I would like, that it(he) 
was included in standard delivery PHP (certainly, after testing). I am ready to 
support it further. 

Its module features:
- uses XTemplate syntax(http://sourceforge.net/projects/xtpl) with some extensions;
- support of \"blocks\";
- variables, arrays substitution;
- if/else blocks;
- written in pure C and (overall objective)
it\'s works extremally fast
