No this script doesn't. But on BSD works !isset better :).
For my work with ISS and sometimes PWS(just testing).

error_reporting (E_ALL); isset ($not_a_variable); ?>

If i use if(!isset($some_var)) then he stil gives undefined variabele
$some_var on line .. from C:\internet\wwwroot\......
