When building 'bz2' modules as loadable extention libbz2 symbols remain undefined in
PHPs 'bz2.so' module. Also libbz2.so.1.0.1 doesn't appear as a dependant libary when
'ldd' is run on the resultant PHP 'bz2.so' module.

This patch seems to cause the build process to include a private copy of the system
libbz2.a into the PHP 'bz2.so' modules, leaving no undefined symbols.
