Bug description:  PHP cannot be compiled with GCC version 3.0 and Apache version 2

PHP compiled succesfully with Apache 1.3.20 using GCC version 3.0 but, have
problem with Apache 2.0.18


cd php-4.0.6
./configure --with-apxs2=/ysr/local/apache2/bin/apxs
make
