Fixed now. Also fixed in PHP 4.0.7-RC1.

Tried the newest snapshot and received:

It is similar to bug report 11776, however, my Redhat Linux install is verified to be
a true and correct install. I am wondering now if PHP-4.0.6 has now become not usable
on older RH5.x LIBC5 platforms. Thanks.
