From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Operating system: hp-ux 11 PHP version: 4.0.6 PHP Bug Type: PostgreSQL related Bug description: Unresolved Symbols in libphp4.sl when compiling with PostgreSQL support I was able to compile php without database support and it worked fine for hp-ux 11, now I am trying to make it use my PostgreSQL database, I gave the following options to the configure script: ./configure --without-mysql --with-pgsql --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache-1.3.20/bin/apxs PostgreSQL 7.1.3 is installed in the default location /usr/local/pgsql Make and make install go without problems until we have to restart apache, when we are presented with: /usr/lib/dld.sl: Unresolved symbol: PQuntrace (code) from /usr/local/apache-1.3.20/libexec/libphp4.so /usr/lib/dld.sl: Unresolved symbol: PQgetvalue (code) from /usr/local/apache-1.3.20/libexec/libphp4.so ... <a lot of errors caused by symbols from libpq intentionally deleted>...
