The problem occurs on the following platform : - Compaq Server Proliant ML330 with 256 Mo of Ram - Windows NT 4.0 SP French - Apache 1.3.20 - PHP 4.06 as DLL extension with extension OCI8 - IIS 4.0 - Oracle 8.1.6 When call to OCILogon, sometimes, we've got the error : "ORA-12154: TNS : Symbolic address could not be resolved". This error appears sometimes but not always.
