Under Windows 2000 Pro, when following the isapi install instructions for apache from the readme file, it fails to mention the need to add the line AddModule mod_php4.c in httpd.conf because the line LoadModule php4_module /php/sapi/php4apache.dll is not enough by itself to make it work correctly. This is probably true for other windows OSes.
