Hi Actually, a bug entry can only be modified by the one who submitted the bug or by a developer with karma.
It would be handy, if common users could add comments to existing bug reports. Otherwise they have to enter a new bug report if they want to provide additional information to a bug which has already been reported before. Maybe this would reduce the amount of duplicate bug reports.
