[PHP-DEV] PHP Module in source dist?

I've written a module for PHP which I believe would be a valuable add-on
for users of PHP.

What is the feasibility of getting the module included in the source
distribution of PHP and how should I begin this process?

I can't seem to find any FAQ on this topic.
