If it's any use to you, I bought a licence for Wise Install Builder solely for the purpose of building the PHP windows installation stuff. I chose the Wise software because it seemed significantly more capable than the InstallShield stuff. Anyway, since it was bought for the job, I'd be more than happy to transfer the licence to you. Needless to say, your existing installshield script won't work, but you could have the Wise script I built. I avoided the MSI stuff when I started the installer because for most users it meant a significant extra download from microsoft before they could use it, but maybe the world has changed since then and more users have the microsoft installation stuff already on their machines.
