got php from cvs today

Yes I have installed all the latest, doing ./buildconf wont rebuild, is there a file 
to delete, otherwise its delete php4 and start over from cvs

Giving advise is will be very hard if you don't give us any further information. What 
errors did you get? You need autoconf 2.13 or newer, automake 1.4 or newer and libtool 
1.4. Which versions do you use?
