can anyone offer some advice on building/debuging the apache & apache2 modules?
i've been trying to use either of these for a long time with no success at all... on win32. one interesting thing is that both 1.3 & 2.x produce similar results for me. i recently opened a bug (14358) about it, and there are some other similar bugs opened by others as well. i can usually get simple pages to work, but most of time i get only very strange results that do not (usually) cause any crashes. are there any special considerations when buildling these sapis? when building the apache2 sapi, should i compile against the latest beta? or the apache cvs? everyone says all of that is subject to change so i don't know if the authors of the sapi only keep up with the betas... but i'm going to test that theory in a few moments... is there any way to log the request process ? i've seen some logs like this but i beleive it's something in the linux system and not in the apache project itself... has anyone had any luck with this combination at all? i am also thinking about trying apache on linux w/freeTDS but i've read that there is some issue with mssql connections being dropped after insert/update statements. -benjamin -- PHP Development Mailing List <http://www.php.net/> To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To contact the list administrators, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
