Permissions on php-binaryes is right (IUSR_COMPUTERNAME is set). This problem rise when we execute two scripts (parallel) in different frames and use one session id (we use GET-transmission of session id). It's very strange, but problem rise time-to-time and not constant. Maybe problem is parallel writing in one session file. This problem only under ISS, but not under Apache.
