I have written an extension to php for the MCVE engine. It can be loaded as a module or compiled into the code base, and would like to have it distributed with PHP. I would need commit access in order to maintain the module. The product, MCVE is a credit card processing engine similar in purpose to RedHat's CCVS or CyberCash's ICVerify. Though RedHat's CCVS has been discontinued. And MCVE is the only replacement product for Linux/UNIX systems. Thanks.
