From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Operating system: All PHP version: 4.1.1 PHP Bug Type: Feature/Change Request Bug description: fprintf function
This issue has stumped me since I first started working with PHP (Around version 3.0.14 I believe). And I'm fairly sure I'm not the only one wondering about this. How come there is no fprintf function? I looked at the FAQ on the website (even tried submitting a comment on it). I've read a few books on PHP, and they all say "there is no fprintf function." I've done numerous web searches on this question, and although I have found workarounds for the lack of this function, I never found the reason why it was excluded. I know you are all busy with other, more pressing concerns regarding PHP and its upkeep, but whatever the answer is, could you please put it in the FAQ for all to see?
