If it was documented, will one be able to do a search for _SERVER? HTTP_SERVER_VARS is searchable. I'm not familiar with how the crawling/indexing works. Ideally the over 2,000 results for 'server' wouldn't come up for this. These need to be documented very soon, I'll add them today. The variables.predefined restructuring can wait, I believe Kenneth is working on that.
