Hi all. apidoc.txt and apidoc-zend.txt are obsolete. If nobody going to maintain these files, they should be removed, IMO. (It's still useful, though)
If we want to keep these, how about make a new directory "docs" to keep verious text documents that is better to be distributed with source.
