There are people complaining about the bug introduced from
4.1.0. (i.e. session module & serializer module)
There are tmp workaround, but actual bug will not be
fixed by these workaround. There are unwanted hehaviors with
tmp workaround also. (i.e. multiple MINIT function exection.
There might be others)

You have been ponted out by yourself when I commit workaround.
"If there is a problem, the problem should be fixed"

Again, I proposed simpler fix - compile all related modules
at once, as well as others. However, we have been decidied
not to use these solution, right? Then we need other solution.

Fixing bug may require design change (adding/changing/deleting
behavior&feature) if it is not a simple one.

If you could provide, other solution that does not require
smart module loader, I'll happly make this a feature request :)
Otherwise, I think it is a bug.

Even if problem exists and this is one of solution,
what makes you think it is not a bug?

Title make you think it is not a bug?
Then title can be anything that can be sounded like a bug :)
