Did you restart your webserver after making the modification to php.ini? If you could, please include the line from your php.ini file that states the path of the browscap.ini file. I did dl, the browsercap.ini from the web, and includede the i php.ini but on the infomation page made with phpinfo(); It stills say: browscap no value no value.
