I hardly think it's fair to Bogus a bug request because one person thinks it's unlikely to be implemented. Even if the request is denied, it should only be Closed (instead of Bogussed) unless it's another one of those damn 'PHP should detect infinite loops' requests. ;) Just IMHO.
