The problem then, i think, is that the message would then say:

[PHP-DEV] [PHP-BUG] .....

it wouldn't actually create a good fix unfortunately. i can't think of
anything else, apart from removing stuff from the subject, and/or setting it
like this:

[PHP-DEV] B# nnnnnn
