Actually, i think it's more important to be carefull who we give them to. Once they are obtained, they should be keepable (as long as they aren't being abused.)
Nothing like having an account, getting busy for 6 months, than coming back to do some work only to find your karma is toast. I understand the need to stay on top of this, but at the same time lets not build any more walls.
