Cygwin!? You don't need cygwin at all (but you can, e.g. for
cvs checkouts, but not for actual compilation).
Anyone, the bison binary I've wanted an extra
c:\usr\local\lib directory containing the file bison.simple.
I've heard (rumors? :) there are binaries available which
will make proper use of an environment variable.
