Since we are going to have 4.2.0 release branch, TODO-4.2.txt should be renamed TODO-4.3.txt or merged to TODO file.
Do we really have 2 files (TODO and TODO-4.x) for ToDo list? I think it may be better to merged into one file. Any comments?
