I have noticed a rather painful problem with either Expat or Sablotron. I am building a XML news feed system page that transforms XML files form other sites.
If I try to transform an XML document that contains a DTD reference via http, I get: "unsupported URI scheme 'http'" If I download the DTD and refer to it locally (within the XML file), the transformation works without fail.
