cool... although it for very little use for me (maybe some Unicode thing 
sin the future) it looks like a nice idea :)

I think it's a nice idea to merge it after some persons looked at it and 
after we branched to PHP_4_2_0 (6 hours left :). If it's merged more 
people will be able to play with it.
