No, I just tagged ZendEngine2 with php_4_2_1 and wanted the initial version to be based on 4.2.1 (I don't think Harald has completed his work yet and we are still working on improving the object overloading support for him). I just discovered that 4.2.1 w/ Engine 2 doesn't build on Win32 so I'm probably going to fix it manually.
