I'm merging mbstring and other changes to the sourceforge.jp
repository priodically.

If you are plainning to make more modifications,
please get sourceforge.jp account and commit to it.
(We appreciate if you could merge the change you made
to cvs.php.net)

All changes in sourceforge.jp's CVS repository will
be merged to cvs.php.net eventually.

The reason why we have separate repository at
sourceforge.jp is working with I18N stuff with
active Japanese PHP developers/testers.

When project is done, the repository will be gone.
