The project name is Isis (http://sourceforge.net/projects/isis/). The extension is in the cvs of the project in php-isis/ext. Also you can find there libphpisis written by Franck Martin in PHP and OpenIsis (the lib needed for the extension). The extension can also be downloaded from: ftp://galileobiz.com/php_isis.zip.
