I think it would be fair to say that we don't yet know anything concrete. Anything you hear is just personal opinions of the people you're talking to, or the ones of the people they talked to... With the 2nd alpha out, I think it's reasonable to assume that the engine will be finalized by the end of this year, and my personal guess is that a 'golden' version based on it will come out early 2003. Whether this actually happens depends on lots of different factors, so it may very well change. I also think that it will be named PHP 5.0, but that has not yet been determined either.
