Hmm.
I still don't understand why it could be very useful for Emacs users.
"C-x v g" to check annotation. If it's a bundled lib and version
is 1.1, then it's original. Otherwise, someone has access has changed
it. If user want to make sure, "C-x v ~" to show other version.

Anyway, I'm 0 for this.
