You cannot audit a credit card for an available limit. Think of the implications for fraud on that! Someone would be able to ask how much they can spend on this stolen credit card number?! That's obsurd!
Now if you want credit card processing, you can use a software solution like MCVE (http://www.mcve.com) which has PHP scripts.
