Hi! Some time ago there was some traffic on that list regarding problems reading results of requests made to any servers using UDP. A lot of people reported issues such as fread stalling, not returning anything, etc. There have also been some bugs in PHP bug tracking system, but it seems it all never got resolved, did it?
In other words: Did anyone in the meanwhile ever successfully send a request out on UPD (to a TFTP or daytime server) and get an answer back in PHP? If so: What's the trick?
