as i am still very new to this list, i can still remember me signing the list one week ago. I think that I am right i - looking for discussions on developing PHP itself. But, if you try to imagine a "user" of PHP, who comes to the mailing list page and searches for a list, that helps developing his PHP-Scripts. Remembering that most people just read headlines, the first he finds will be: "Developer list". I think that this is the cause why someone might confuse the lists.
