The box actually hasn't died yet. SSH and SMTP are open, and seem to be listening -- it is possible to make a connection to them. For some reason however... ssh doesn't auth, and then times out... so there are probably a bunch of defunct processes hanging about. Syancor should be at work in about 2 hours or so.. (i believe they are west coast). We should see the box start again then.
