I have actually been seeing these warnings for ages (on HP-UX 11.x) Inspite of all having all the recommended versions of libtool/autoconf/automake and also extensions built alongside the correct PHP version. But since the macros were not being used ..as sugested by the error messeages... I assumed it might be harlmess.
