Sascha, Edin tells me that with the changes you made it will be necessary to do the configure-make cycle 3 times in order to build PHP + libphp.so + libphp.a. In my view, that is a big hassle. Is there no way to make it work so that everything is built at once, possibly with only one more configure+make run?
