So I'm for removing detection and provide the struct in php_sysvmsg.h.
If 'some random company' turns out to be a major OS vendor, we (hopefully) pick
it up in QA cycle.
Patch for that is attached, compiled and tested on FreeBSD 4.6. Opinions?
