It appears that the Sablotron needs to be upgraded as well, since xstl cannot
be compiled due to 2 missing flags
('SAB_DISABLE_STRIPPING','SAB_IGNORE_DOC_NOT_FOUND'), which I am guessing are
only defined in the newer library.
