By default? Does it lead to a translation of the error-message, or some other description of what the error-message means? Remember. I'm talking about the people that have to be spoon-fed. Anyway, I'm just dreaming. All those newbies who ask questions like "what does this error mean" or "My code doesn't work. Why?" might be able to answer some of these questions themselves.
